I work directly with Allison, she was quick to respond to messages, provided quick turnaround for digital work and is now running some embroidered patches that she was up late to make sure I was happy with the print! My father had a story from his childhood that Fine Punching made into a laser friendly file for my uncle's 90th birthday. The file worked great, the price was reasonable, and it was done quickly. Definitely 5 stars.
